Here's a little bit more about me and why I do what I do.
Born in Paris, France, I spent my first birthday aboard a jumbo jet, following my parents and family onto several years of expatriation. From Taiwan to Brazil and Cameroon, I only landed back in France aged 10. After completing my secondary and university education in Paris, I set off again for Spain for a wonderful year of cross-cultural exchange. Followed by 19 years in London in the UK, where I anchored my career in cross-cultural comms and cultural intelligence.
Born out of my passion for all things culture, languages and human behaviour, I started Creative Culture aged 25 seeing there was a gap in the market: global brands had huge growth ambitions but traditional agency models weren’t allowing them to be as agile and relevant as they could be to local audiences and at a community level. They weren’t taking advantage of their full brand potential, and sometimes worse, they were paying the reputational consequences of cultural misalignment.
My answer to this conundrum: an easy-to-plug-in cultural intelligence solution for brands and their agencies.
This two-decade journey into the realms of cultural intelligence drove me to expand my expertise and range to other business areas from sustainability (ESG) to innovation and L&D. Multiple award-winner in the DE&I space and gender inclusion particularly, I sit on the executive board of WACL (Women in Advertising and Communications Leadership) and the advisory board for WTACH (World Tourism Association for Cultural Heritage), which both epitomise my passion for people, equity and environmental matters.
A cultural nomad, you’ll find me somewhere between London, Lisbon and Paris. Because cultural intelligence operates from anywhere in the world. It is intersectional and multidirectional.
